Phil’s Tennis Challenge

Phil Green has set a “100 Challenge” which is for all members and their children to have a go.

To take part, you simply have to do 100 continuous bounces of a tennis ball using your tennis racquet.

There are at least three possible approaches:

Using your racquet and a tennis ball continuously

  1. Bounce the ball in the air 100 times
  2. Bounce the ball on the ground 100 times
  3. Hit the ball against a wall 100 times

Then upload a video of your 100 Challenge to YouTube or Facebook and email the video link to
