Gainsborough teams have enjoyed an excellent match season with plenty to celebrate!
The third team finished second in the fourth division which puts them in line for promotion in 2027. This is an excellent result as many younger players contributed and for several members, this was their first experience of league tennis.
The second team won the third division despite a tough challenge from a strong team from North Scarle so they too are in line for promotion for 2027.
The first team finished second in the second division and were narrowly defeated in a promotion play-off against Haxey. However, the first team enjoyed an unstoppable run in the Brittain Handicap Cup bringing home the trophy after beating Retford first team in the final
