View Recurrent Hard Court Reservations
(these are regular sessions that are not available to book) Reservations for evening home matches and club nights do not apply during the winter. Please scroll down to see instructions for registering and logging-in together with limitations on use.

Instructions for registration:
To register, you will initially be asked to enter a password (NOT a username and password). Please enter the password issued by Gainsborough Tennis Club. You will then be able to register an account using your email address as your username and a password of your choice.
Instructions for logging in:
When you click “sign in” the screen displays a password box. IGNORE THIS, simply click on the link at the bottom of the window inviting you to “log in with a registered login name” (see screenshot below). You will now be taken to a new window where you can sign in using your username (email address) and password that you have registered. It is easy once you know this!
Limitations on use:
Each family or couple is allowed one user account.
Members may book a court up to 10 days in advance.
Times which are not available are not visible on the booking screen. Additionally, the system will decline any attempt to book a session that overlaps an existing reservation. (An error message is displayed)
There is a limit of three advance resevations per registered user account. (Once a reservation is past, it is disregarded.)
There is a limit of two reservations for any particular day per user.
The maximun duration for any single reservation is 2.5 hours.
The minimum duration for a reservation is 1 hour. (e.g. If another user has already booked a court from 10:00, 9:30 will show as an unavailable starting time because the minimum duration for a reservation is 1 hour. However, you would be able to book that court for 1 hour starting at 9:00.)
