Please enter this tournament with a mixed doubles partner. Either partner may complete the application form. The person who completes the form is the “Applicant“. If it is necessary to advise participants of any last minute changes, the tournament organiser will contact the Applicant. The Applicant will be responsible for liaising with his or her partner and for paying the tournament entry fee of TEN POUNDS per couple.
